You might not feel committed or ready to begin your fitness journey with a personal trainer. That is okay and understandable, which is why I am creating a platform with multiple types of workout programs and nutrition plans. When you join this platform, you will have access to a zoom group where we hold weekly meetings together to discuss anything related to fitness. DANNY D FITNESS APP

I teamed with SUPERSET to create my very own fitness app which offers a variety of programs to choose from that can suit you and help you in your journey. The programs include videos of each workout, alternative workouts, and program pdfs.
